We went to San Antonio, Texas for a relaxing couple of days. Here are some pics if your interested.

A pic on the riverwalk outside of our hotel. We stayed at the Westin located directly on the walk.

Another pic on the Riverwalk. Thats AnneThrax in the pic.

Yet another... Annethrax in the pic again.

Riverwalk..

This is the riverwalk located right outside our hotel again.. just looking the other direction.

That little island in the pic is where people get married on the river.

This is a stage where plays are put on during the day in into dusk. At night (as you can see in the far back there is a restraunt called Little Rhein.. Its a steak house that has terraced tables. Its lit up at night.

River Pic

This is the view of the balcony to the east i believe. the inverted dome in the distance is an opera house?

Strait down off our balcony.

Picture from our balcony again..

This is Amanda laying down trying to recover from being sick. eek. Lots of fluids!

This is a picture taken right before we got on the river boat tour at about 11.30 PM

It's not that I expected deserts; it's more like I wasn't expecting so much vegetation.

I was talking to a friend the other day that said TX is humid. I guess I shouldn't be surprised at all the trees.

NO! Houson sucks! The traffic sucks, the water tastes like shit, the air smells like shit, there are too many people, etc etc.

San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas are a-okay though. And west Texas is nothing but a desert.

Don't fall for this fiendish trap Xeno!!! I have proof that these pictures were faked as part of a cunning plan to capture you!

The park bench is too big, the mobile phones are too reconstituted paper-like, the all your base are belong to them!

I think the evidence speaks for itself. Just like the Nazi Hippies and the plasticine moon plot!

I lived in San Antonio for about 6 months, the city is beautiful, but has no jobs...and I mean, NO JOBS. The riverwalk is awesome and I encourage everyone to go there at least once in their lifetime, If you can go around Christmas time it would be even better. The whole riverwalk is lit up at night by Christmas lights, It's a site to see and well worth going. Hope you 2 had fun

Anchorage is the same way.

Up here it doesn't matter what you know. They only look for that piece of paper, and there's an abundance of people with those.

Kind of ironic. I could teach some of those people, and yet, I'll probably have to take a warehouse job in the next few weeks. Ah well. I'm paying my dues, right?

They funded the trip by cutting corners. Can't you see what crummy condition their room is in? It doesn't even have a carpet!
