Just a question... Was wild, kinky money sex involved? And do we get pictures? ------------------ If you have to ask why, you're not a member of the intended audience. Please go on about your business and accept my apologies for this distraction. Certain key parts would be motor driven. ------------------ IP: Logged |

San Antonio's nice and not that humid. Austin's fun but traffic is horrid. Houston's big, dirty, and very humid. Dallas, the people remind me of bandwagon people. Kinda fake San Marcos doesnt have a Best Buy and the Hasting's here sucks my ass IP: Logged |

Sorry, didnt feel like editing... If you wanna see tumbleweeds and experience sudden 50 mph gusts of wind out of no-where, goto Lubbock. Texas Tech is there, I went there for a year. Saw a tumbleweed almost make it into the door of my dorm... IP: Logged |

You know... this thread just reminded me. I saw a made-for TV movie a couple months ago that was supposed to be based in San Antonio. The cops wore cowboy boots and hats, the bars and restaurants shown played country music, and everybody had a very thick southern accent. Is this how the rest of the world sees Texas? The Alamo surrounded by a bunch of cattle ranches? And the funny thing was... I didn't see one Mexican in the entire movie. San Antonio is just over 50% Mexican, I believe.IP: Logged |

Hehe. That makes me think of the times people have asked me if I live in an igloo, or if I've ever seen a polar bear. I've never been in an igloo in my life, and the only polar bears I've ever seen were in a zoo. I did get chased by a grizzlie on Kodiak island one time. That was scary. IP: Logged |

Yeah, just seeing a big brown bear out the window of the tour bus in Denali park is scary enough. Actually having one after me would make me shit my trousers, I think. Didja have a rifle on you?IP: Logged |

I didn't have anything. I just got on my 4 wheeler and hauled ass out of the woods onto the open beach. Bears aren't into chasing you there.[This message has been edited by -Axiom- (edited April 07, 2001).] IP: Logged |
