Actually I'm planning to use the Fire Golem and hope that he will be able to get to the Amazon before he dies (when he dies, causes massive Corpse Explosion damage). The other skill you're reffering to is Bone Spirit. They're no, good. Even a 2nd lvl Bone Spear outmatches it in damage and furthermore, an Amazon can easily outrun it (Although she won't be able to shoot at me while I'm running).

I've got a level 75 bowazon made for duelling. The only classes I ever lose to are sometimes other amazons, and rarely ever speed barbs. No one else even gets close.

Do not use necros for duelling. Here's why:

1.) Your Giant Axe will do no damage to her. Want to know why? Because YOU WILL NOT GET CLOSE ENOUGH TO HER TO USE IT. You will be dead way before.

2.) Bone Spear, HA! You have to aim with it to actually hit. It doesn't guide automatically. You'll never get close enough to her to accuratly fire bone spears, seeing as you will be dead.

3.) Corpse Explosion? What good does it do when there are no corpses around?

4.) Life Tap.. This is something to do with life leeching, but I'm pretty sure it leeches the damage you do to your opponent.. Not sure though..

5.) Poison Nova. Again, you won't get close enough for her to use it, on top of the fact it doesn't actually KILL players (it'll bring them down to 1 health, but it can't kill them).

Summoning creatures to protect against Guided Arrow is the only smart thing you can do. However, it won't work. Want to know why? Multishot! Another great skill where you don't have to aim (well, not much. Just shoot in the general direction of the red circle on the radar). It'll hit you, your minions and everything else. With penetrate it's even better seeing as the arrows will go through your minions and hit you. All good zons have Penetrate, BTW.

Sorry to say, but the only way to duel a 'zon as a necro is to play in laggy conditions and spam bone spirits.

You're wrong. Bone spirit is worthless for duelling, seeing as it does not lock onto the amazon. One way I've seen necros do it (although I've enver seen it work an on amazon), is to use Decrepify (the skill that slows down the enemy) and spam bone spirits. That way they can't outrun them. The problem is decrepify only lasts about 2 seconds and they're free to run fast again..

You can't win, I'm sorry.

OK, I played and I lost.

But...

1) I DID get close enough to her a couple of times, but it was no good cause she either got away, or I missed (since my chance to hit is about 64%)

2) You don't know how many times I DID actually hit her (especially when she was busy shooting guided arrows a me) with the Bone Spear. The only problem appeared when she used Slow Missles on me

3) There were a couple of corpses. it's hard to make a duel where both sides use summoned creatures and run all around the whole map, and not to run into some creatures which get killed off not to get bothersome

4)True. Didn't work well for me though because of the axe

5)Again, I did get close enough. She had a pretty high poison resistance though

And finally:
Her Multiple Arrows SUCKED and mostly she used guided. The only minion I summoned was a Fire Golem (who fought with the Valkyrie all the time). And, the lag worked against me (although I played over LAN) because often she would be a screen away from me, and then suddenly appear right in front of me.
